About ME

I am a dedicated mental health professional, here to help you deal with life's challenges. With years of experience in supporting people through difficulties ranging from breakdowns to break-ups, addiction and work stress, childhood trauma and depression, this is the place.

With a degree in Therapeutic Counselling, awarded from the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB), I am also qualified in Criminal Psychology and Relational Couples Therapy. I am registered with the BACP and work with both individuals and couples,.

In addition to private practice, I volunteer at Cruse Bereavement Care, working on sudden and traumatic death cases. I have also worked at Gloucestershire Constabulary, Gloucestershire NHS Eating Disorders Unit and have managed an employee well-being scheme.
